This immaculate vacation beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious great room and dining area and an upstairs deck. It is fully air conditioned and equipped with 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2DVDs, XBOX w/games, stereo w/CD & tape, video library, crib, high chair, play pen, baby gate, grill, outside shower, washer & dryer. Sleeping arrangements for 8 include 1 king and 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed w/trundle and a sofa in the Great Room. The large lot with long driveway can park up to 6 cars comfortably.

By going owner-direct, through this web site, you can rent this vacation beach house at a large discount. You will save $190 to $280 per week because the rates below are ALL IN and, unlike agency rentals, have no extras or add-ons like housekeeping fees, trip insurance, etc.

This vacation beach house is available year-round. The house is rented from Saturday at 4:00 pm to Saturday at 10:00 am. It is a NO SMOKING rental. Pets are not allowed.
