Here is how you can make your reservation and rent this Outer Banks Vacation Beach House in The Village at Nags Head, NC .

• Check on Availability - Call or email the owner at the address at the bottom of this page to see when the beach house is available. Or Click Here to check our Online Calendar for available dates.
• Block Out the Time You Want - If you want to make a reservation, tell the owner and he will block out the dates you want and send you a Rental Agreement. The dates will be held for you for 15 days.
• Confirm Your Reservation - Within 15 days, complete the Rental Agreement and return it with a check for 1/2 the rental amount. Once your check clears, you rental will be confirmed.
• Get Your Keys - No later than 30 days before your arrival date, send the balance of your rental payment plus the refundable $250.00 security deposit to the owner, and he will send you keys to your vacation beach house. Check in no earlier than 4:00 pm on your arrival date. You will be able to pick up your FREE guest passes at The Village Beach Club when you arrive.
• Checking Out - On your last Saturday, be sure to arrange to leave by 10:00 am. Please leave the beach house in broom clean condition and mail your keys back to the owner. After receiving the keys and checking the premise, the owner wil return your security deposit (per policy below).

More About Your Reservation

RENTAL PAYMENTS

After making your reservation, a Rental Agreement will be sent to you. This must be signed and returned within 15 days with your advance rental payment of 50% of the rental amount . If your Rental Agreement and payment are not received within 15 days, the reservation will be cancelled. Personal checks are accepted for this initial payment. The balance of your rent and security deposit are due No Later than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full. No personal checks can be accepted within 30 days of arrival. Certified checks and money orders are accepted. A signed Rental Agreement is needed prior to sending you keys to the beach house. A $20 service charge is required for all returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your reservation after making payments, we will do our best to re-rent your vacation beach house for the time period you have reserved. If re-rented, monies received will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If the unit is not re-rented, all monies paid will be forfeited.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A $250.00 security deposit is required with each rental. The house should be left broom clean and damage-free. Pay the security deposit in your final payment and, if the home is left damage-free, it will be returned to you within 45 days of check out or any damage will be itemized and deducted from the amount paid.

HOUSEKEEPING

The beach house is equipped with washer/dryer, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and other features of a fully equipped kitchen, i.e. cookware, dishes, etc. The grill is a charcoal grill just outside the front door. Portable grills should not be used on the decks. Please use the clothes lines or dryer to dry bathing suits and towels. Hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the decks and railings is not allowed within The Village At Nags Head.
You are expected to leave the house broom clean, neat and damage-free. A housekeeping team will do a more thorough cleaning job after your departure at no additional cost to you.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

Check-in time is 4:00 pm on your arrival date and check-out is 10:00 am on your departure date. Please plan your travel accordingly.
